Define Responsibilities
An effective business has clearly defined roles and responsibilities for their team. Defining responsibilities can create harmony, reduce conflict, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. The same is true for you at home!
Managing a household can feel overwhelming at times, with an endless list of tasks that need to be accomplished. However, clearly defining responsibilities for each family member can ease your mental load and make it easier to ‘divide and conquer’ the task list as a team.
